By accessing or using Garten you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use the service.
Description of service
Garten is a growth platform for landscape and lawn care businesses. The service includes a custom-built website with search optimization, lead-capture and lead-response automation (SMS lead alerts, missed-call text-back, and automated review requests), proposal and contract tools, and financial tracking features.
Plans and billing
Garten is sold as a monthly subscription. The website is built and included as part of that subscription; there is no separate setup fee and no build fee. The first month is due before the build starts, and billing then recurs monthly on the same date. Current pricing is published on our site. Cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, no further charges apply, and the website remains yours.
No performance guarantee
Garten does not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, booked jobs, search rankings, or revenue. Search and local-map results depend on factors outside our control, including your existing review count and business profile history, competitor activity, and seasonality. What we do commit to is the work described above, delivered on the timeline agreed, with no contract and the ability to cancel at the end of any month while keeping your site.
Your content
You retain full ownership of all quote data, client information, and business data you enter into Garten. We do not claim any ownership of your content and will never use your business data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Garten only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to harass others, distribute harmful software, or violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws.
Disclaimer
Garten provides tools to assist with business estimation and quoting. All financial projections, cost calculations, and margin estimates are tools to aid your decision making and are not guarantees of business outcomes. You are solely responsible for all business decisions made using information generated by the service.
